Henry & Henry is one of the leading manufacturers of quality
fruit and creme fillings, icings, glazes and other specialty
products. In addition, we are a major supplier to the ice cream
industry producing quality fudges, syrups, variegates and ice cream
bases.
Our company was founded in Buffalo, New York in 1899 by brothers
Charles and Frederick Henry. Several property acquisitions over the
years allowed the company to expand its operation which increased
the manufacturing facility up to 50,000 square feet along with a
leased warehouse facility of 30,000 square feet.
In 1982 the company purchased an existing facility in Lancaster,
New York on Walden Avenue and began adding to and modifying this
complex into a 115,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility. In
1992 we expanded our freezer/cold storage capacity. In 1993 we
purchased an additional 2.1 acres of adjoining land for future
expansion. In 1994 Henry & Henry was acquired by CSM of the
Netherlands, an international food company with compatible
marketing and product strategies.
