Brill’s R&D team includes 8 scientists with a combined food industry experience of 200 years. We have more than 150 sales representatives and service technicians to assist as needed.
Our family of brands makes for an extensive product line including ready-to-use icings, frozen cake layers, ready-to-sell cakes, frozen cookie dough, brownie batters, cake batters, muffin batters, icing bases, ready-to-use fillings, donut icings, and glazes.
